Well got my new iPhone 17 pro max 256 and since getting it I can’t receive or make calls as no network. Called re tech 4 times from my partners phone been told I have a eSIM and they can’t activate it will send new sim, then called to say it was activating was advised to see it it would work or wait for new sim. Started to work then as of today no joy again called and told they had reset the network and to wait 24 hrs to see if it works if not call back. I’m a Dr and I need my phone but also these last few months re as been plagued with problems.

Hi @Chrisjay14

I'm disappointed to hear about the trouble you're having with your SIM. If things are still not working as expected after the timescales discussed, I'd suggest heading into your local EE store with ID so the team can get this sorted. If a new SIM is needed, the team will be able to supply one straight away.

An active SIM is required in order to access EE's network, and you can only have one active at a given time.

A physical SIM can be swapped between phones to help ID a device/SIM issue.
