I have literally zero signal. I have had issues with signal the last few day too, why would I pay my bill if I can’t even use my phone?
has anyone else got the same signal issue? I am not abroad or anything just in my home as usual. I am having to jump on shops Wi-Fi to check my bank etc which I have never had to do before in my life.

I know from the other thread that you checked our network status checker. There's a function on there to report a problem to our network team too. If you want to discuss this further, we have a live chat service or technical support.

I am having signal issues too. I have zero bars and have been having this issue for 3 days now. Has yours resolved? I am not likely to pay my next bill if I can’t even use my phone properly
