All day there was no network still I don’t have any I’m using wi-fi to be able to do this, as it show EE-WI-FI call, if I remove this from my settings there is no net work, my wife had the same issue to but after it improves, I ask at work if someone else had the same issue many other too so I wonder what’s the issue and how to fix it.

Have you tried restarting your phone? It may be worth popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting 'check status'. It will let you know if we're aware of an issue in your area.

Yes I did , I restarted, then I reset network, after I used my we to download an E-card still nothing is working
now it looks like this , I changed the sim with my. Wife again no network very strange

How do I do that if I don’t have network, the call are not going through!! 150 forget about it and the technical team impossible , no net work, if there was a chat it would be ok, also there is a message service which not working too.

There is a live chat service on that get in touch help page, @Cool12c. I see that it's currently unavailable though.
I'd recommend calling from another phone or through a VOiP service, such as Skype. You could also visit your nearest EE store if it's close.

It’s something with the phone network maybe sim or maybe some other it issue, I can’t tell as I’m not a technician, I’m here looking for a solution EE need to support me fixing this today will be the second day no network, my phone is working well just the network not showing
