We have not been able to make or receive calls ,and there hasn't been any Internet for 2 weeks,we have been told it won't be fixed until November 10th,it's appalling service,my brothers disabled so we need the phone to work. We have been given a credit note for this month's payment,but that doesn't help the situation. I will change suppliers, think this is the best option. So mutch for e.e and their great coverage. RUBBISH!!!

Are you able to use WiFi Calling to stay connected in the meantime?

Is this a loss of coverage, or a problem using your phone when you have signal indicators displayed?
The advice to check the online status tool is the best first-step.
