No service

I have currently had no service for 3 days on my iPhone 12. Even when I leave my area there is still no service so I am unable to make calls or even text when not connected to wifi. This is a problem for me. Any ideas?

How far from your immediate area have you travelled, out of interest? I'm getting at the likelihood of the same site providing coverage. The farther this is, the lesser the likelihood of this being a single-site outage and more likely a device problem.

Ensure you've toggled flight mode and restarted your phone at a regular interval, do you know of any other EE users locally who you could compare service with?

Hi yes I’ve done all of this and still no service. I have been 30 minutes away from my house but also done a network checker and it says good network connection round my area but my phone I still saying no service

Sounds like you've used "check coverage" rather than the "check status" as was suggested.

If it is showing good coverage when you use the 'Check status' section on the coverage checker, it is worth speaking to our tech guides, who can have a detailed look at the area and if nothing is found, check your account and run a diagnostic to see what the cause could be.
