No service on mobile phone since moving to EE

Since i moved to EE, I have had no mobile service and cannot make calls or receive messages with PIN numbers for example. I cannot phone EE because the call fails and I am getting nowhere using the app. Any advice greatly received.

If you have no network coverage, then that will cause issues with calls, texts & mobile data.

When did you first connect to EE? Are you in an area of predicted network coverage, via "check" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ?
