No service at my home

New to EE as I’ve just joined today. So far really disappointed. I been going around the house all day trying to find a signal and hardly anywhere in my home I can get connected. Is there a problem in my area? Really thinking twice now about joining EE. Was originally with Vodafone.

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get a signal at home. 

You can check for any known issues using the Network Status Checker

Please search your area and then select 'Status' to check for any know issues.

If you could also check what service you should receive by selecting 'Coverage' this will show for both indoors and outdoors.

I can confirm there is a service problem in my area with the link you provided. Not idea when I’ve only just joined. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. 

Does EE provide any such devices to boost signal in your homes etc ?

EE do not sell anything signal boosters for mobile phones.

Anytime you have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to make & receive calls, and send & receive texts.

unfortunately where I live I only get about 1mbp from BT, very frustrating. That why I thought I would give EE ago so I can use a faster internet speed of 4G. However I’ve currently done a speed test and only getting 0.32mbp from EE! Not ideal when I work from home.

I have logged the service issue so I get text messages say they are working on the issue. Just done a speed test and I’m only getting 0.32mbp. Very frustrating
