No service and phone no longer on my EE app

Evening everyone, 

 

I just wondered if anyone had experienced the same issue; I’m all up to date with bills etc but today my phone just randomly said no service and when I log on to my EE app my account is no longer on there? I have done all the usual reset phone etc

If you perform a manual network search, does EE show as available for selection?

If no - this suggests a local coverage outage. Use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker 

If yes - this suggests an account/SIM-specific issue. Assuming that you've tried toggling flight mode, you should contact EE CS on 0800 0798586 from another phone.
