Anyone having service issues chester area? It's been getting bad for months and now the last few days no service at all.
It's ridiculous. Who do I complain to? Any advise thanks

What are the issues you're having - can you be more specific?
Temporary service issues can be checked on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker , following "check service status". It includes a fault-reporting facility.

I know how important it is to have the phone working when we rely on them so much.
Did anything come up when you checked your post code on the coverage checker?

Yes and all I get is sorry cannot check coverage at this time, we're working on it.
It's been 3 days now no signal at all. People cannot ring me.

Are you able to try and clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again, or try it on another browser or device?
If you still see the same thing, it is worth contacting our tech guides who can check the area to see if there is anything that would be causing this to happen.
