No mobile Internet

Hi all, ok I have not been with EE for long but I have just ported my number over from Vodafone and it went oer today. But now I have 5g but nothing loads, not apps or websites.

ALl worked well yyesterday on the temporary number but now nothing.

 

Any ideas?

You might need to try a few things:



- Turn the phone off and on again

- If you're savvy, double check your APN settings (will be in mobile data settings on your phone)

- Call 150 and seek technical assistance (or I find dropping into your nearest store if convenient is better, as you're in front of someone then)

Hi thanks for getting back to me, there is nothing in the VPN. Not sure if that is right?

Not VPN, APN.  It's slightly different depending on the phone you have, but it's usually called 'APN settings', or 'Access point names', or something like that.

There is a problem with anyone that upgraded or changed there plans having no Internet I am still off mines went off at midnight Monday t

Hi mine went off in Monday as night as well, seem EE have issues then. Have you spoken to them if so what have they said?
