Hi, not sure if it is just me. I’m posting from my work phone (4G Vodafone). I have been struggling all day with my 5G EE phone: cannot access internet, send or receive messages… I have checked EE and it looks like there is no issue in the area, but I’m still not able to use data. Anybody else with this issue?

Have you rebooted your phone, if physical SIM card, taken it out, given it and the SIM card slot a wipe? Have you tried putting your SIM card in another phone to see if that works?

Can you make & receive calls OK? Does your EE phone show coverage indicators?
