EE SIM Connectivity Issue: No Internet Despite Full 4G Signal

My WiFi device equipped with an EE SIM card suddenly stopped working today. When I removed the SIM card and inserted it into my phone, there was still no internet connection. The 4G signal shows full bars, but I am unable to access the internet. My phone model is iPhone 15 Max.😫😫😫

It's definitely an odd one if this is showing a 4G signal but can't get online. 

Have you had a chance to check our network status checker to see if there's anything reported in the area?

When you've popped this in your phone, is there a 4G / 5G indicator next to the bars too?

and my phone has a 4G  indicator next to the bars, but I can not open the website.

Can I go to your Offline stores to check?

Thanks for confirming that for me @sssleversss.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to visit one of our stores if you want more support with this, but there's a few other things we can check out first of all to save you the trouble of travelling. 

When your SIM is in the phone, can you please try sending us a text with BALANCE to 150?

This should let you know the current balance and allowances for the SIM, as if there's no data pack active it won't let you connect to the internet.
