im in the wr11 area nd ive no roaming at all.  its bern like it for a week.  Could someone look into that please🙏

hi, is anyone having problems with roaming data?

Ive no Internet signal when im out of WiFi.

im in the wr11 area code

Welcome to the community. 

Just to confirm, is it only your mobile data that isn't working? Or are your calls and texts affected too? 

Please make sure you have your mobile data switched on. 

You can check if there any outages using our Coverage Checker.

Roaming means using your phone whilst abroad. If you're in the UK, you're not roaming.

Does your phone show a network connection? Is it only your mobile data that isn't working? Or are your calls and texts affected too?
