Loss of service for days at a time recently ( I live in wokingham) So can't contact 150. To ring on a landline could cost the earth. Doesn't seem to be a way of contacting by e-mail, chatbox etc. Very frustrating and getting nowhere !!

Thanks a lot for info. Used the 0800 number yesterday And was connected after 20 mins (at least it was free) It seems my SIM card is old, so they are sending me a new one which will hopefully solve the problem. Shame the 0800 no. isn't shown on the reporting mobile problems

Otherwise you can contact them using something like Skype for free with that number.

no local network problems and WI calling on. It turns out I have an oldish SIM which is thought to be the problem so they are sending me a new one.

Sorry, you need to be running iOS 12 or later, which isn't supported on the iPhone 5.
