New phone no network

I’ve set up my new phone but have no mobile signal and cannot ring using 150 even wit Wi-Fi 

what can I do?

What was the reason for a new phone - is this an upgrade or something else? Are you using your existing SIM in your new phone? If so - does it still work in your old phone?

A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit your new phone.

Does your old SIM still work? If so - use it in your new phone.
