Hi @SB232,

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

I am sorry to hear you are having some network issue this morning and have had an issue using the checker. If you login on the page below to our check your service status, it will check for any issues on your registered home postcode automatically, does that check work ok and is on the same postcode you were having an issue checking?

Service status in your area (ee.co.uk)

Hi Alex

the link you sent shows network is ok

however my phone has “emergency calls only”

it seems to be right acronyms hereford city centre

is it just a matter of being patient and Hope this rights itself say by tomorrow

every time I try to phone what I get is “cellular network is not available connect to wireless network”

ihope this gives you an idea of what may be wrong?
thanks for your response

@SB232 If it is showing as ok on your status checker, it does mean we are not aware of any issues in the area, the issue could potentially be phone or SIM related.

Are you with anyone else on EE at the moment to see if there signal is effected also? Have you restarted your phone since the issue started? And what model of phone is it you are using please?

Alex

Thanks  Alex

1. my internet provider is BT

2. have restarted the phone. It’s android Honor 90 lite model

3. I was previously with 3 so the 3 SIM card is still in the phone

will go to EE shop and have it removed tomorrow and I hope it works

thanks for now

Ah I see, so you have both your old 3 SIM in the phone and the EE SIM is that right? If the EE SIM was working fine with it previously that should not be causing an issue.

If you go to Settings> Mobile Networks> Mobile data> Under the EE SIM select Network Provider>Turn off automatic and the phone will do a search for available networks, is the EE network found when doing a manual search?

Alex

Many thanks Alex
