Can you use WiFi Calling at the location?

Hi signed up for updates then get 1 or 2 emails stating there is still a network issue but no more follow ups. No Wi-Fi calling due I think to the age of my phone.

Yes I'm having the same experience. One email saying the problem would be fixed within 2 days, then nothing, that was 4 days ago. Surely EE can see how annoying this is?

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your service and it's taking longer than initially expected to fix. I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team to see if they can get an update for you.
