Hi @Aldosherry
If you cannot check the service status then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
No issues in my location but you could be anywhere in the UK.
https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Aldosherry
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you know of any other EE customers in the area who are also having the same service issues?
Have you recently made any account changes, such as ordering a new SIM card or upgrading?
Speak soon 🙂
Leanne.

Hi leanne,
No even my wife who is on the exact same payg sim doesn't have the problem but I've tried every fone fix i can think of, i find it strange that it keeps dropping in for 20 seconds or so then drops out for about the same. I even dropped down to 3 and 4g to see if that helped but no. I'm just going to see if it resolves itself within 24hrs of not I'll go through customer services.

Thanks for the extra details @Aldosherry
If the SIM card is pay as you go, when was the last time this was used for a chargeable call, text or topped up?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Is this problem always happening in a specific location? Or more general?
If it's in one specific location, it could be a network problem causing a drop in coverage - but it would be affecting all EE users in the same area, so would tend to be picked up.
If it's more generalised, it's likely to be fault with the phone.
