Hi I’ve got a tp link router with an ee som card in it as I live in a static caravan but I e had no internet for the last two days and trying to get in touch with ee is useless as there’s no live chat and just generic answers in the help section, would someone from ee contact me if they see this please as I’m paying for something I can’t use at the moment

If you are on contract, live chat exists, just go to the app and when someone is available, they will chat with you.

EE will not contact you, we have no idea who you are, this is not customer service and there is no account access.
