Network issues

Hi, my mobile service is showing as suspended, but my account shows the bill as "Paid" with £0.00 due this month. I have no mobile data or network signal at all (shows "Not Available"). This started after a recent iPhone software update. Could you please check my account and lift the suspension, or let me know what's causing this?

Hi @Obeyisandra

If your service was suspended due to non payment, you'd still have signal, just that you'd receive a notification when you tried to make a call etc to say your services are suspended.

As you have no signal showing on your phone after updating your firmware, I'd recommend testing your SIM card in another device to rule out a SIM fault.

Next steps are to

  1. Try restarting your device.
  2. Manual network search
  3. Reset network settings
  4. Factory reset phone (backup first!) and restore

If you're still having an issue after that please give customer service a call where a guide in the technical team will be able to investigate further for you.
