Hi @Stace18,

Welcome to the Community!

We know how important it is for you to be able to stay connectecd, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having.

If you try clearing your cookies and cache this should help you use the Network Checker, but if you do find you're still having trouble then give our team a call, from another line, or using WiFi Calling, and they'll be happy to take a look into what is happening.

Area checker sticks on 1 minute and doesn't give any feedback to you but if you look at Downdetector for EE over 2500 reported issues and 300 of them were in London.

It is likely there are still issues and things that need to be reset around in the local exchanges in order to sort out problems because of the outage caused by the AWS Failure.

FYI, London Reported issues between 3 - 5 last night but my own router was knocked off yesterday at 8:21am according to the log file on the router so it seems to be effecting people at different times and areas.

Downdetector & istheservicedown type websites are very useful for national outages, but can often be taken with a very big pinch of salt - or even disregarded outright - for local coverage issues.
