Finding an itemised bill on my EE Mobile
I have both broadband and a mobile with EE. On my broadband when I logged into myEE it shows my latest bill and previous, all itemised which is great. However, on my mobile I no longer have this. How do I see an itemised mobile phone bill.
How far back can I get old invoices for?
I need to process that I made a call in 2020 but I can see invoices that far back in my account. Does anyone know how far back the bills are held? thanks

Upgraded yesterday - had email confirmation but not received any more updates - when i put the order number into the tracked on "my orders" it just says "oops your tracking has timed out"was expecting it to be despatched today and delivered tomorrow
