I’m not happy to pay the bill to be honest as I had no internet connection on my phone for over 2 weeks only indoor via WiFi but outside nothing

Have you got 4G coverage? Or no coverage whatsoever?
Is this only in one specific location or multiple ones? It may be a phone issue if the latter applies.
