NB-IOT network Powersave mode

Hi

I've been using the Vodafone NB-IOT network for our devices, and recently changed sim providers, the new sims (which are worldwide type)  connect to the EE network, connection works fine and signal appears to be good so far. The one issue I can't seem to find any information on is PSM support on the EE network, vodafone technical told me EE haven't got this fully integrated into the network yet, can anyone on here confirm this.

When I request PSM from the network, I get odd T3412 and T3324 times returned, some times the network response is PSM not enabled on network, sometimes PSM enabled. I'm usng a Telit modem BTW (ME910G1-WW)

Can anyone advise or suggest a contact at EE network support?

Regards

Rob Carter

Hi @robf355

It was only recently rolled out but unsure of anything more:

Thanks

Hi

Yes I had read that article. Vodafone network support, who we use in the UK, said the NB-IOT network was active but PSM hadn't been fully enabled, it seems that is the case. My firmware can work around the PSM issue, does affect battery life though.
