Hi how do I turn off my place updates. It’s such an old action that I’m not sure if it pertains to my mobile or EE Broadband which I no longer have

@BERN1964 : It is referring to your old mobile no. only. You originally set up these network status updates from the Network Status Checker 's  Manage my places. Unfortunately once you have left EE you can't remove it from there as it no longer recognises your no. You will need to call CS to remove it for you.

Sorry for the confusion- I still have Eae mobile but I no longer have EE broadband so am I able to turn these alerts off within my EE app / website via log in?

Yes, as you still have an EE mobile you should be able to switch them off in Network Status Checker 's  Manage my places
