hello I have experienced all sorts of problems over the last few months, typically first thing in the morning people cannot call me, just says to them phone is not recognised.
when I try and call my wife and daughters - it doesn’t connect. I have been into EE several times and for over 10 hours doing different things that don’t work. I can’t leave the contract as I am being told I have to pay to get out of the contract so will have to put up with this performance until the contract runs out in 14 months - really disappointed with dealing with technical team - any thoughts ?
I am currently at ehe technical level 2 people but fear it will be a long drawn out affair

Welcome to the community.
It sounds like the correct processes are being followed so far, and it's good that the technical support level 2 team are looking into this for you. It seems as if the problem may be a bit more technical than normal. Hopefully they find a solution for you soon. Please keep us updated on what happens.

It's a bit tricky to advise without knowing specifically what you've tried so far.
If you're reporting into CS, that's the best place to continue.
