The company I work for have five members of staff who regularly travel throughout the UK. In the last few weeks we have not been able to hold a call for more than a minute without signal dropping out. The coverage seems to have degraded noticeably, especially in the South Somerset area (local to our HQ).
Has anybody else noticed this and is there any explanation? If it doesn't improve we will be trialling another network.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the community, @DPStone
If their service is usually good, it sounds like there may be a local problem somewhere. It could be difficult to locate on the coverage checker.
I recommend having a chat with our technical support team so they can have a look into it for you.

Does VoLTE (Android ) or 4G-calling (Apple) show onscreen when calls drop?
