Mobile phone problem

hi this is Gagandeep I have a EE mobile the problem is I’m facing your customer Care is calling me I can hear them but they can’t hear me and that’s happening to everybody. Whoever I call it’s happening to everybody. I can hear the person in front of talking to me but they can’t hear me any of my conversation, that’s only happening when I call direct, for example, if I call from Whatsapp it does connect and I can hear somebody and they can hear me please please please call me back on xxxxxxxxx and I am the account holder please it’s very important

@Kularjatt123  This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and you’re posted your name and phone number on the internet for the whole world to see.     Do not post personal information on a public forum.   And no one will call you from here except the scammers as you’ve just posted your phone number and name on the internet.  

Have you restarted the device?  Have you tried a factory reset on the device?

Is this loss of outgoing audio on a call, permanent? Or does it return after a short while?
