What is going on with the mobile data ?

The first thing to try with mobile data issues is restarting your device, or turning 'airplane mode' on and off again.

If it still isn't working, you can check for issues in your area on our network status checker.

The obvious answer is "I don't know, what is going on?" - but can you explain the problems you're having with mobile data?

Is it location-specific? Is mobile data enabled on your phone? Can you make & receive voice calls OK?
