@Nikki7202  EE no longer sell them sell them as they are being deactivated if anyone has one. They operate on a 3G signal and that service is being shut down. Can you not use Wi-Fi calling?   This is the replacement for a signal box

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There was never really any such thing as a signal booster, but in the past EE provided a 3G signal box that used your home broadband to connect back.

That is now old tech, and WiFi-calling is the recommended solution to any indoor coverage issue.

You've mentioned having good WiFi, so if you enable WiFi-calling on your phone, then you can continue using it without any regard for mobile coverage. Any calls will also handover between WiFi-calling & the 4G-mobile network if you move in or out of coverage - not possible with the 3G signal box.
