Hi I am having trouble making and recieving calls, I am currently in the USA and I have the full works tariff, it was working fine a week ago and now I’m getting no dial when making a call so I can’t even contact EE support.
I have tried all settings and removed the sim still nothing. Can someone please help.

Have you tried doing a manual search for a network?
If you have something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free, see my signature and press option 2, although not sure what they can do, as you should have roaming on your account, as you were using it a week ago.

Yes I have turned my spend cap off and restarted my phone

Mobiles don't get dial-tones, do you mean ringtone? Removing your SIM will prevent your phone connecting to any network.
Try using manual network selection to cycle through each local network - are the symptoms the same on each?
Can you call in-country numbers? In other words, is there a difference between in-country calls & international calls?
Can you send & receive texts? Can you use mobile data?

Yes I have tried manual and it won’t connect to others.
i can not call anyone, everytime i try ring someone there is no dial, it remains blank.
yes i am receiving data.
