Maintenance on network mast

Hi, does anyone else have the misfortune of trying to gèt EE service in the TN37 area?  I frequently lose service and after the customary ritual of trying to contact EE, i get told that Service is not available as the local mast is    " being serviced".  Service is then unavailable for days on end.  No prior warning is ever given, no notice that the service is back on, no apology.

There are difficulties in proactively notiying users in a particular area of planned works in advance. You can instead use the "my places" feature of the status checker, to register upto 5 UK postcodes for email or text notifications of outages.
