Lost mobile signal

We have lost our mobile signal on our android phones. EE are telling us there is not a problem in our area. Any suggestions?

If multiple EE phones are experiencing the same issue, that's good evidence of an outage. Use the "report a problem" link on the status checker, and send a report against every phone affected.

Hi, I’ve reported it twice now and get the same answer from EE, no issues
in my area. Thanks for the suggestion.

Are these PAYG phones or pay-monthly?
