Little to no signal

For the past 3 weeks the mobile signal in the WN7 area local to myself has either been little to none. I can't make/receive calls, when there us little signal the signal drops out meaning g that you can't have a conversation because the call ends or the other person can't be heard.

I do t think it's just an EE issue as others are having the same issue on different networks. It makes me think there has been damage to a mast somewhere that is affecting the signal. If that's the case because I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting, am I entitled to a refund?-you'd think so, but trying to get through to EE when you've got no signal is impossible. Is there any way of emailing?

Hi @Skelly821

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your service. If you pop the full postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status', it will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area. If we're not already aware, it will give you an option to report one.

We don't have a customer service email address. Do you have a WiFi connection? You may be able to use WiFi calling for now. If you can get a connection and call 150, they'll be able to help. Alternatively, if you live near an EE store, they would be able to discuss this with you too.

Even where networks share site locations, the only common factor could be the incoming mains power supply and the physical structure.
