I keep getting a message saying no Internet access whenever I'm out. Never been a problem till recently. Use a few parking apps and each time I go to use one I'm given this message. What can I do?

I've turned off the Wifi. There seems to be a problem with the 3 parking apps I use but other apps e.g. MyMail and Slimming World are working fine

Thanks @lyndalupin
Can you try deleting and reinstalling the apps to see if you can connect?
Leanne.

Sorry I'm such a numpty. I haven't a clue what I'm doing half the time. I just realised that you probably wanted me to send message ithout WiFi via the app on this phone and I've been communicating with you via my laptop. I've put WiFi back on to send this message from my phone so I can be sure you'll get it. All three parking apps are working with WiFi back on but can't find locations when I turn WiFi off.

Do you have location services turned on for the apps in your phone settings?

Can you check app permissions within the location settings @lyndalupin
Does this show as on for the parking apps?
Leanne.

two of them say Permissions granted and the other I can't check as it's asking me to put in the location code

Thanks @lyndalupin
Have you tried deleting the apps and reinstalling setting up from the start again?
Leanne.
