Suddenly all my callers are being told that they have dialled an incorrect number, I also get this message when I call out so I’m cut off

Yes showing bars and is on a contract, any help would be appreciated

Been in my number for years with no issues and all was ok this morning, seems to have kicked in this afternoon. WhatsApp and everything else working fine
