I have recently switched from Vodafone to EE and whilst the network signal coverage checker says I should get extremely fast and reliable mobile phone and data in Berkshire, the service is actually very intermittent, slow and suffers from frequent drop outs. I have tried to contact EE but am failing to find a way to speak with anyone.
Would anyone know how I can escalate this?
Currently my EE contract is not really worth having but to switch again is a real pain in the neck.

Hi @DarrenBull
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you select 'Check Status' on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, do we have any problems showing for the area?
If not, you can report this and we will get this looked into and keep you updated.
Thanks.
Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne,
I have repeatedly used the signal checker and it never says anything other then the signal should be excellent indoors and outside.
Can you let me know how to report this?
Many thanks,
Darren.

Hi @DarrenBull
On the status checker please enter the postcode and then 'Check Status' this will show any issues, if none show you will have the option to report this.
Please see our EE Network Coverage and Status Checker, article for help on doing this 🙂
If you prefer, please call us on 150 the team will check the order and can sign you up for updates if we have any reported problems so you receive updates from the network team 🙂
Leanne.

I would add that Berkshire is also quite a large area with hundreds of network sites.
Reporting any specific locations as already advised is the best way to about querying problems in the first instance.
