I've also noticed the signal has dropped

I'm in Southampton and I've also noticed the signal has dropped! I can't even use the Internet in quite alot of places now and a couple of months ago I could. 

Multiple friends on EE have been saying the same thing. There isn't any outages and we all have new phones.

Hi @Emmchu I can imagine it's frustrating when you can't use your phone the way that you need to.

I'd recommend checking the coverage in your location to see if there are any issues affecting the area.
