Hi there! So I have an issue here as you can see from the subject,
PS: I’ve seen another post of this but it didn’t really help me at all.
So to start this off, I keep getting this non stop call messages from my family members phone frequently, for no reason at all (“I’m sorry but calls are not currently being connected to this number”)
I’ve tried removing my SIM card and everything but for some reason, I can call my family members with no issues (when I have no credits on the phone to call) but my family members cannot seem to call me at all and keep getting the frequent message “I’m sorry but calls are not currently being connected to this number”, this all started happening a few months ago all out of sudden and I did not know what I did at all.
As well as this no messages come to me on my phone so I cannot do 2fa requests (messages sent to my phone) or if I need to confirm a login through my phone number on a website when adding phone number to my account.
If you can help my that’s would be gladly appreciated, thank you for reading.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

From your reference to credit I take it you are on PAYG.

You can't make calls when you have no credit.
Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation. When did you last use it for a chargeable action?

@Sapnel You might need a replacement SIM card and you’ll need to call customer services to request this.
