Getting support for remote phone/line check?

My mother-in-law is in Cullingworth and has only got emergency calls at the moment. Others on EE appear to be having some problems also. I have tried to get support from EE but can only get the line checked back to my phone which is in a different location. How can I find out if her area is ok and get her support?

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Thank you,

This would have helped but I have now found out she went to the local EE shop who advised her there was a local mast problem that has now been fixed.

We also live in cullingworth. I used the online chat facility. They advised the mast was still being upgraded with no time frame. My family and business use ee . We currently have no signal in cullingworth which is causing us a lot of problems. Please can you advise when this repair/ upgrade is fixed asap.

My relative confirmed last night that her phone is working now so it looks like the mast is working- at least for her.
