Does 5G SA use a whitelist?

Are only approved devices allowed to connect to the 5G SA network, or is any device with the capability to connect allowed to connect?

This is assuming I'm on the correct plan of course (All Rounder or Full Works).

Hi @aaaaaaaa21

Thanks for coming to the community.

To access EE’s 5G Standalone, you'll need 5G Standalone compatible SIM card or e-SIM, a compatible device and a new All Rounder or Full Works mobile plan (from 29th August 2024 or later)

Which model of phone are you using?

You can see more on the locations that have 5G Standalone already, and the recently announced locations that will be enabled by the end of the year on our Newsroom page.
