In the past month or so, I've noticed some SMSs from some numbers an services not being received by me on my EE number. I can see contemporaneous messages from those others being received elsewhere OK, and indeed changing the SIM on my phone allows me to receive those messages.
So this is likely spam / scam filtering, per EE Scam detection . But it's hard to say for certain.
Is there any way to 'whitelist' some senders, so they're not detected as spam / scam or similar?

Please report the texts not being received to your EE SIM card, to our technical support guides by calling 150, they can get this looked into in more detail for you.
