EE worst service ever

Since the Orange days,early 90s I've had great service but this year, EE has been useless! No service in quite a few areas, Thanet is totally dead, Where is the grea service that the adverts keep on men?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
