Hello all! In the last 3 days I have serious phone network and coverage in West London in between Central West, Mayfair, Fitzroy etf, A40, M40 and M4, A4. Also on M25 CW between M4 going up to M11. My simple question is EE or BT make jobs on the line? They advise anyone anywhere? I have a phone call yesterday alt 1 pm for 25-30 minutes and the conversation is broke continuously at least 20 times. Also the internet connections hace same issues. I call apple and ask if my iPhone 15 pro max have issues, they check, no issues, also I have been in Apple Store to ask same no issue...Anyone can explain why the best network in London or maybe in UK ones they have sold the bussines to BT everything is going to be worse and worse? Anyone can explain if is a problem with my line or they have technical issues? Thank you

You quote quite a wide geographical area and, whilst not impossible, this would tend to reduce the likelihood of performance issues being network-side.
I'm not sure what tests Apple could do by phone that would conclusively eliminate a device fault, I would be curious what the store did to the same end.
Does your phone lose coverage when calls drop?
