EE bad signal

I been having trouble with my mobile signal for over year and been complaining but they haven’t do nothing about it.  Am paying all my bills but no good service at all. They always say EE it’s the best network but it’s not and when you call them they not helping much

@Badou   have you checked the coverage checker or issues or problems in your area?

Do other providers have a better service in your area? https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/

What're the problems you've been having?

I been having problems with the signal and calls keep dropping. Most of the time i cannot connect to the internet and i been complaining this for over year but they haven’t do nothing about it and am paying all my bills. I pay £73 a month but not having good service and if i call them they are not helping much

When you spoke to our technical support team, did they say why you're having signal issues? Is it down to general coverage in your area or is there an ongoing problem with a phone mast?

Are you able to make use of WiFi calling?

I have spoke to the technical support team many times per day. Can I solve the problem. The signal not good in my area but they keep taking my money. I been complaining this issue for over year but they haven’t do nothing about it

When you put your postcode in our coverage checker, what does it say the estimated coverage should be like, @Badou?

Did you take a look at the WiFi calling page that I mentioned?

If the issue is of poor coverage in an area, then there's often not much a frontline CS agent can do - checking the coverage tool as already suggested, will confirm if this is the case. All networks have good and bad areas.

What outcome would you be looking for, out of a CS enquiry?

Compensation the bills i been paying and not getting good service. Am paying £73 a month and am not getting what i wanted
