Hi
I live in a rural area and have a EE signal box. On 30th June this will no longer work and EE have suggested I use Wi-Fi Calling. Unfortunately Wi-Fi calling isn't working and I can't make a call or receive incoming calls. Has anyone else found a solution to this problem?
Thanks Sophie

Android phones often have a menu option to toggle between "mobile preferred" & "WiFi preferred" for voice calls.
Try setting yours to WiFi-preferred and see if that improves call reliability.

Is your phone one that EE supplied? Or was it purchased from a third-party? I presume that your auto-signature "sent from my Galaxy" partly answers the question "which phone do you have" that was asked earlier in the thread.
Does your phone show a strong WiFi signal when you have "WiFi-preferred" set? Answers to these 4 questions may help us advise further.

Hi there, no my phone broke a year ago which I had from EE and bought a new replacement from a third party, I bought the same A71 Samsung phone.
I always have a strong Wi-Fi signal at home in any room. But not a Wi-Fi calling signal a lot of the time, I have Wi-Fi preferred set. The man from EE asked me to set it and I haven't changed any settings since.

Many will disagree with the following advice, but I find it 'kick starts' WiFi to accept WiFi calling. It's not a permanent fix, but can often prevent you looking at an unresponsive task bar, seemingly not allowing VoWiFi.
Put phone in 'airplane mode', wait about 10 seconds, then hit your WiFi button and reconnect it to your WiFi. Again, wait about 10 seconds, then, take it out of 'airplane mode'. If it works, after yet another 10 seconds, the top task bar should show the VoWiFi logo.
