EE MOBILE NOT TO BE RELIED UPON ANYMORE! 

I  wish to express extreme dissatisfaction with EE Mobile Network Service. I take their unprofessional service with a pinch of salt now that their ZERO BAR status has been the frequent  display on my cellphone for a number of months over several locations in the South East area!

They have partnered with BT, and ever since their coverage has disintegrated at a rapid & shameful state! What a disgusting customer service. 

There has always been no coverage in some UK locations. And I'm ashamed to say that Vodafone is doing better than them. I have had to ask a friend to Hotspot me so I could check my emails!  Currently, EE mobile coverage is DEAD in the South East county - maybe just parts of it. But the service is absolutely TERRIBLE, a CON and not to be recommended at all. 

They sure know how to capture clients with subsidiary deals. They now charge for making calls on the home phone - I repeat, they do charge. Since their BT/EE merge, there has not been Free Evening or Weekend Calls - this is history!

Conclusion:

Perhaps, EE you should get rid if your phonetic theme "Number Network 10 years in a Row" with "Failed & Worse Mobile Network" in your 150 calls! EE you are a disgrace!

EE  Mobile Network is Still A Problem in the South East County

 

Will I be compensated for a service badly received in the past few months I have had zero bars to No Network in this region?

EE, respond privately via email to my question and explain your "Mast Story" issue here to every South East residents experiencing trouble with your service.

You ain't alone - something is definitely wrong with EE - Everything Extinct.

It's Everything Extinct in the SE zone. They're making a believe story that Wi-Fi calling is available in the dead zones - actually they're Everywhere Extinct! Poor guys & Suffering clients.

@JiLF  WiFi calling uses a WiFi connection not a cellular connection so if you have issues with WiFi calling and cellular then I highly recommend you get your device looked at as the device sounds like it might have an antenna issue.     If there was a wide speed issue in the SE then there would also be more comments on here and at present you seem to be the only one.  Hence probably a device  issue.   Don’t assume it’s a network problem until you rule out the device that you have issues with in the SE.   The SE is a large area so more than one mast so not all the masts in the SE can have issues but your device can.

EE SERVICES KICKED UNDER THE BUS

You are very correct about this network. I myself have had signal or no signal at all issues for the past 5 months. And yet, these folks charge me a dead service. I look forward to withdrawing from their phone services, and even probably broadband for another provider.

EE has failed to in its services! They tell you to activate Wi-Fi calling but that itself is not a solution BUT a false narrative!

EE why are your services deviant?
