EE Auto Wifi

Hi so I used to always be able to connect to ee wifi underground automatically - however I now have to select manually at any stop to just connect to it. Any advice/tips to resolve?

I noticed this in my S21 Ultra last week. 

I'm back in London tomorrow so I will see if it's the same issue.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did you manage to resolve this? I’ve had the same problem for 3 or 4 months now. Have had several calls to EE but unfortunately no success. I’m using an iPhone 12

What was the outcome of your last call to technical care?

They updated my profile via text message but unfortunately upon returning to the underground it didn’t work. They have asked me to call from the underground but the times I’m there - to and from work at peak time - it’s a bit difficult to!

The only thing I could now recommend after your profile being updated already is to try follow the advice from our technical care team and call when at the station. 

I am aware that this can be a bit difficult especially during rush hour.
