Hello there
I am living in Blackpool. Over the last month I have a problem with my EE connection in my property, but worst started for last 2 days. No Mobile Data, No Internet. I called to EE, I visited EE store but nothing changed.
When I am asking they said no issue with my area,but sorry I cant use it,because no connection here.
How can I behave , I am thinking to leave EE,but I have a contract with them.
OMG,I am go angry!

Yes, EE was available.
It works fine and without any issues outside. The problem appears as soon as I enter the apartment.This problem didn’t exist for 2 years, and it started about a month ago.

If EE is available on a network search, try selecting it manually. What happens? Does your phone then show coverage? Can you then use it for calls & texts?
The suggestion of using WiFi-calling stands, regardless of the answer. But even more so if you can't get service indoors.
