I cannot ring ,text, or use 5G I cannot receive phone calls either, plus i cannot ring ee because i have no connection? It just stopped working overnight. I’m all up to date with payments so I don’t understand why this has happened, and unfortunately I cannot find a email address for ee ! Does anyone have any idea what it can be ? Maybe I have pressed something on my phone because on my ee app there doesn’t seem to be a problem

Have you Check service status having given your post code there on the Network Status Checker and reported your problem via that link?

@MoranWHU , have you tried rebooting your phone, to see if that does solve the problem?
You can ring customer service, see my signature, it could also be a faulty SIM card. Have you actually taken it out, given it a clean and the sim slot and then put it back in to see if that solves the problem? If you have someone with a phone, can you do a sim swap to see if it is either the phone or the SIM card at fault? That would also rule out another problem.

Does EE show on a manual network search?
If yes - try selecting it this equivalent to having toggled flight mode. Do you regain network coverage? If not, you're likely looking at an account/SIM issue.
If no - clear evidence of a local loss-of-service. Use the status tool in the first instance, and enable WiFi-calling to allow continued use of your phone indoors.
